In Iran we have women who can't work because of some reason, for example, her husband or her father don't let them work outside of home. Another example is they are pregnant and they haven't any supportive rules for persistent in their position in that period and they have to leave work and stay in home. One of bad situation is they have to wearing Islamic hijab and haven't any other choices (this is so different with uniform). And so many other reasons which brings limitation for them (Islamic rules and culture/ traditional beliefs that determine men decided instead women, . . .).

The biggest goal is to create the capability and empowerment of Iranian women so that they can gain their financial/work independence (to meet their material needs and create an employment at home that they can work according to their time and conditions). In a society where women's rights are not respected, their freedom is restricted, and they are even put under pressure for their clothing style, we tried to provide situation that can increase women's self-confidence. We wanted them to know that they can be independent with all the restrictions, know their social position and have a free choice for their own life.

With the inspiration that the earth is the mother of all of us, we made oils from plant extracts to care for the skin, hair, treat joint pains, etc. and with the understanding that women can be the source of creation just like the earth, all stages of work, from production, packaging and labeling, ready them to sending for buyer, and sales It is organized and done by women at home. We teach them all they need to learn and provide them essential their work components.
In the design, we wanted to indicate their existence, we wanted to show the boldness, courage, peace and confidence of women with their presence. That's why you see on the packaging a symbol of a woman who looks like a nature goddess holding several leaves in their hands, we also used a special paper to show the organic feeling of the product. To manage the production costs, we printed the same boxes with 2 color and by sticking different labels with different colors which print by printer in limited, we differentiate the boxes and products.
